Joe Wallace, MMGT, currently serves as the Vice President of Product Development and Global Sourcing at Tractor Supply Company since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Product Development, Design, and Trend at Party City from September 2021 to October 2023, and Director of Product Development for Footwear, Sleepwear, Accessories, and Home at Nordstrom from May 2017 to May 2021. Joe also held the position of VP of Global Design, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Development for Apparel and Footwear at Wolverine Worldwide from May 2012 to September 2016, and VP of Merchandising, Development, and Global Sourcing for Footwear at Payless Shoe Store from January 2007 to April 2012. Additional experience includes roles at HSN as Merchandise Manager/DMM and at ANN INC as Vice President of Merchandising for various product categories. Joe's educational background includes a Master of Management from Penn State University, a LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Evangel University.
