Casey McGregor has over 25 years of experience in retail and operations, currently serving as a Senior Operations Auditor at Tractor Supply Company since January 2006. In this role, responsibilities include auditing store and distribution center operations, with a solid background in various management positions including Internal Audit, Store Manager, and Manager Trainee. Prior to Tractor Supply Company, Casey worked at Wal-Mart from August 1998 to January 2006, where roles included Assistant Manager and Department Manager, focusing on customer satisfaction, inventory management, and merchandising. Initially, Casey gained experience at IGA from May 1995 to August 1998 as a Sales Clerk, emphasizing exceptional customer service and maintaining order in the workplace. Casey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Murray State University.
