Caíque Angelim Felisberto has over 8 years of professional experience. Caíque began their career in 2013 as an Apprentice Technician in Processes at Faurecia. In this role, they were responsible for SMED and productivity management, creating and maintaining robot claws for automation of the production process, and direct involvement in the injection process of thermoplastic polymers and injection molding adjustment. Caíque also had direct response to customer complaints and documents QRCI 8D, including feedback from FMEA. In 2014, they moved to Optika Sistema para Medicina Ltda. as an Operations Assistant, where they were responsible for product labeling, quality inspection, and receiving and checking imports. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Fastplas Automotive as a Process Engineering Technician. In this role, they were responsible for process engineering for new technical parts projects in the automotive sector, monitoring and developing projects with direct relationships with the main automakers in the global market, and budgeting for tooling, control devices, and productive means for the thermoplastic injection process in the automotive sector. Caíque also held the roles of Process Engineering Intern and Production Assistant. In 2023, they joined TRACTIAN as a Quality Assurance Analyst.

Caíque Angelim Felisberto has a two-part education history. From 2018 to 2022, they attended FATEC MAUÁ for a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in the field of Polimeros. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Senai Mario Amato for an Ensino Técnico in the field of Plástico. Caíque does not have any additional certifications.
