Toby Dickinson Williams is an experienced Engineering Manager at Tractable since January 2021, overseeing three teams across two product lines and managing 14 engineers. Previously, Toby held roles such as Engineering Team Lead and Tech Lead at Tractable, contributing to significant SaaS integrations and unlocking new markets through effective architecture and partnership management. Before Tractable, Toby served as Technical Team Lead at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and gained foundational skills in software engineering and client engagement through internships at BAE Systems. Educationally, Toby earned a Master’s Degree with First Class honors in Computer Science from Durham University and held leadership positions within the college, enhancing public speaking and financial management skills.
