Camilla Gilchrist is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff and Operations Director at Tractable since June 2021, where responsibilities have included oversight of operations management. Prior to this role, Camilla held various positions at Urban from June 2018 to June 2021, including Supply Operations Manager and Operations Associate. Earlier experience includes a role as a Support Worker at One Housing from August 2017 to April 2018. Camilla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol, completed in 2016, and received education at the International School of the Sacred Heart from 2001 to 2013.
