Kevin Arrow, PE, is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in land development and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Land Development at Tract since September 2023, Kevin oversees technical infrastructure across all Tract sites. Prior experience includes roles at Meta, where Kevin led teams in site selection and development for nationwide data centers, managing complex projects and enhancing operational efficiencies. Previous positions at Lennar Urban and URS Corporation involved significant contributions to large-scale redevelopment and civil engineering projects, emphasizing sustainable practices. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
