Chad Guthrie has a diverse work experience, beginning with an Undergraduate Research Assistant position at the Center for Biomolecular and Tissue Engineering in 2013. In 2014, they took on a Supplier Quality Engineering Intern role at Stryker. Chad then moved into the modeling industry, working as a Model for RED Model Management - RED NYC in 2015. In the same year, they also took on a Tutor and Speaker role at Hebei Educational Exchange Center. In 2016, they became an Instructor at Ivy Link. The following year, they began working as a Product Manager for Backroads, where they managed the Prague to Vienna Biking trip and drove product performance to a 9.79 customer satisfaction score. In 2019, they became a Master Candidate Researcher at the Medical University of Vienna. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Product Development Engineer at TrackX Technology, Inc.
Chad Guthrie has completed a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Duke University between 2011 and 2015. Chad then completed an exchange semester at the University of Sydney in 2013, before completing a bridge semester at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in 2017-2018. Chad then went on to complete a Master of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Technische Universität Wien between 2017 and 2020. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: DSH-2: Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulgang from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg in April 2017, and telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule from telc GmbH - The European Language Certificates in April 2017.
