Zia Zakaria has a work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. In 2012, Zia joined Insurity as a Customer Support Representative and later transitioned to the role of QA Analyst in 2014. Zia worked at Insurity until 2020. In 2020, Zia started working as a Quality Assurance Analyst (Remote - Freelance) at Hamba Games, where they were responsible for testing video games, identifying and reporting bugs, and writing technical reports. Zia's most recent role is as a Software QA Analyst at TrackTik, starting in September 2021.

Zia Zakaria obtained a Diploma of Education in Software Testing from the Montreal College of Information Technology in 2014. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Software Engineering at McGill University.
