Sarika C. has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. Sarika began their career as a Sr. System Engineer at Darts IT Networks Pvt. Ltd. in 2009 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, Sarika joined Polaris Financial Technology Limited as an Associate Consultant and stayed until 2014. Sarika then moved on to Mi9 Retail in 2017, where they initially worked as an IT Support Specialist and transitioned to the role of SaaS Administrator in 2019. Currently, Sarika is working at TrackTik as a DevOps Developer, a position they have held since 2019.

Sarika C. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Doctor Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, which they attended from 2001 to 2004.
