Jennifer Kilts has a wealth of work experience in the fashion and marketing industries. Jennifer began their career in 1999 as a Sales Assistant at WEA, where they were the direct assistant to the branch manager and assisted in advertising buys. In 2000, they took on the role of Marketing Coordinator at Managed Care Communications, where they planned and coordinated all logistical elements for seminars and tradeshows. Jennifer then moved to Harmin-Marino Entertainment in 2001, where they researched target consumers and created target lists of potential clients, wrote proposals for sponsorship opportunities, and created and executed marketing plans for artists. In the same year, they worked as a Marketing Presentation Specialist at Monitor Group.
From 2002 to 2006, Jennifer worked at Timberland in various roles, including Apparel Field Service Representative, Apparel CAD/Graphic Specialist, and Associate Apparel Designer. During this period, they were responsible for the visual merchandising in Timberland's wholesale shops for the New England Region, created monthly visual communication packages for the factory outlet stores, and won the Above and Beyond Award in 2005.
In 2006, Jennifer moved to Monitor Deloitte (ex Monitor Group) as a Marketing Presentation Specialist, where they used marketing data to provide presentation solutions. Jennifer then worked at Puma in 2008 as a Graphic Designer. From 2009 to 2022, Jennifer worked at New Balance, first as a Design Lead and then as a Senior Graphic Designer. Most recently, they have been a Product Developer at Tracksmith since 2022.
Jennifer Kilts attended Simmons University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Public Relations Marketing Communications.
