Brianna Shnirman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brianna began their career in 2006 as a Business English Instructor at Comunicorp. Brianna then worked as an English Second Language Instructor at San Diego State University from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they took on a similar role at Santa Monica College from 2011 to 2013. In 2011, they also started working as an English Second Language Instructor at UCLA Extension, where they stayed until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as an Instructor and Examiner at British Council Israel. In 2016, Brianna joined TriEnglish as a Business English Coach, staying with the company until 2017. Currently, they are working at Trackonomics since 2017 as an HR Associate and Office Manager. Throughout their career, Brianna has gained extensive experience in language instruction and management.

Brianna Shnirman earned a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and Spanish from San Diego State University from 2001 to 2005. Brianna later pursued a Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor at Alliant International University-San Diego Campus, completing their studies in 2008.
