Kobi Gubary has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. In 2010, they worked as an Operation Officer at IDF until August. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Habakbuk. In 2014, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a NOC Support, and in 2015, they provided strategic consulting services at 7I's. Kobi then moved to Spotad where they worked as a Project Manager from 2016 to 2017 and as a Product Manager from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Software Product Management at Trackimo, which they started in 2022.

Kobi Gubary attended Ruppin Academic Center from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Information Technology.
