Sai Gadakh currently serves as a Customer Success Associate at Trackier, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this, Sai worked at SmartServ from January 2021 to August 2022 in roles as a Customer Success Associate and Sales Development Representative. While at SmartServ, responsibilities included engaging key decision-makers, scheduling demonstrations, and delivering qualified opportunities to the product specialist team, contributing to enhancing customer experiences with a customizable SaaS product. Sai holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Jaywant Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's Rajshree Shahu College of Engineering, completed in 2021.
