Moises Aleman has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Moises currently serves as a Software Engineer Manager at TrackChain (YC S21), where they successfully led the migration of a monolithic application to a microservices architecture. Moises implemented comprehensive user and permission security using Keycloak and trained a highly impactful team of engineers in key areas such as backend, frontend, DevSecOps, quality, data science, and mobile development.

Prior to their current role, Moises worked at Logrand Group as the Head of Software Architecture, where they established development standards, improved engineering processes and tools, and scaled and enhanced existing APIs and services. Moises also served as a Senior Software Engineer at Logrand Group, where they developed new applications, executed technological innovation projects, and delivered and operated new product services and features.

Earlier in their career, Moises worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Sistemas aKúbica, an Instructor at Avantion, and a Technical Analyst at BANCOPPEL. Moises also served as a Senior Software Engineer at INSTITUTO ICATSIN.

Throughout their career, Moises Aleman has consistently demonstrated their expertise in software engineering, leadership, and the implementation of technological advancements to drive business growth and improve overall efficiency.

Moises Aleman attended Universidad de Occidente from 2010 to 2014 where they pursued a Licenciatura degree in Tecnología informática/Tecnología de sistemas informáticos.
