Felipe Marcondes de Mattos is a Senior Partner and Director of VC Investments at Quartzo Capital since August 2016. In 2024, Felipe is a member of the Brazil delegation for Startup20 during the Brazilian G20 mandate, focusing on the future of startups and innovation. Additionally, Felipe serves as a board member for multiple companies including Housi, Track.co, and Velos Ag, as well as holding observer roles at Asaas, AEVO, InfoPrice, and AMcom Sistemas de Informação. Felipe is a founding partner of Head Ahead Advisory Partners, specializing in investment and strategic advisory services. Felipe holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, along with executive education in Compliance and Private Equity.
