John Fritsch, MBA, is an accomplished engineering and product development leader with extensive experience in managing teams and projects across various organizations. Currently serving as Product Development Engineering Manager at Trachte Building Systems since April 2022, John directs research and development initiatives to enhance product lines. Previously, John held key roles at Mueller Sports Medicine, including Research & Engineering Operation Director, where leadership in continuous improvement initiatives and development processes yielded significant product launches and innovations. John also spent time in transition to reflect on future career goals after a successful tenure at Mueller. Additionally, John's early career involved engineering roles at MacLean-Fogg Company and ERTL, where project management skills and international collaboration were honed. John holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, along with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
