Erik DiPilato started their professional career in 2008 as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek, where they developed recruiting strategies, evaluated candidate qualifications, and negotiated employment terms. In 2009, they joined LogMeIn as a Sales Representative, where they generated new sales, educated customers on product functionality, and achieved sales quotas. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at SmartBear Software in various roles, including Senior Territory Manager and EMEA Account Manager. In these positions, they exceeded sales quotas, developed an understanding of software development, and utilized Salesforce. Since 2015, they have been working as an Account Executive at TraceLink.

Erik DiPilato attained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Bentley University, spanning the years 2001 to 2005.
