Stacey McGill has worked as a field engineer at USfalcon, Inc in 2006. Stacey then moved to Trace Systems Inc. in 2010, where they started as a technical program manager, and later as a division manager in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of vice president at the same company.

Stacey McGill obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Tarleton State University, which they attended from 2000 to 2002. Stacey has also obtained certifications in CISSP from ISC, ITIL V3 Foundations from ITIL, and MCSE Messaging from Microsoft. It is not clear when they obtained these certifications.
