Jerjuan Jefferson has over 27 years of work experience, with their most recent role as a Cyber Security Engineer at Trace Systems Inc. starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SAIC as a Network Operations Service Desk Technician - Level 1 from May 2019 to July 2022. Jerjuan'searlier career was spent in the US Army as an Electronic Technician, where they worked from June 1995 to June 2015.

Jerjuan Jefferson obtained an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Colorado Technical University between 2014 to 2018. In 2019, they completed an Associate's degree in Information Technology at Colorado Technical University. The following year, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University. Jerjuan has also obtained several certifications, including MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, from Microsoft, CompTIA, and Amazon Web Services, respectively. Additionally, they are in the process of obtaining the Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) certification.
