Ratko Dzeletovic has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ratko currently works at Trace One as a Product Owner since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Selerant where they held multiple roles. From August 2016 to present, they worked as a Program Manager. In May 2016, they briefly worked as a Senior QA Analyst, and from February 2013 to April 2016, they served as a QC Specialist. Before joining Selerant, Ratko worked at Colosso Technologies as an IT Engineer from April 2010 to January 2013. Ratko also has experience working at Maxiss d.o.o where they held an administration role from November 2006 to April 2009.

Ratko Dzeletovic has an education history that includes obtaining an Engineer of Organizational Sciences degree from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, with a specialization in Quality Management. Ratko completed this degree from 2000 to 2006.

In addition, Ratko has pursued further certification in their field. In May 2019, they obtained an EF SET English Certificate with a score of 81 out of 100, indicating a C2 Proficient level of English language proficiency. This certification was obtained through www.efset.org. Furthermore, in May 2018, Ratko earned the Certified Agile Leadership I certification from Scrum Alliance.
