Prior to this role, Tom held positions such as Senior Director - Billing & Vendor Compliance, Senior Product Owner - ERP Implementation, and Director / Senior Manager of Disputes & Quality Control, where they achieved significant improvements in areas like billing quality, data match rates, and customer experience. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Manager of Accounts Receivable and held the role of Customer Service Team Administrator / Motor Carrier Relations Rep. Before joining TRAC Intermodal, Tom worked at Enterprise as an Assistant Manager / Senior Account Executive.
