David C Kelly Jr has extensive experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as the Manager of End-User Support Services at TRAC Intermodal since December 2017, following a role as Desktop Support Engineer. Prior to this, David held positions at Firmenich from September 2000 to March 2017, including IS Manager Service Delivery Americas and Technical Support and Delivery Specialist. David holds an Associate's degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University, completed between 1999 and 2001.
