Steven Ammann has a diverse work experience in various roles. Steven started their career as a Program Specialist at The Boys and Girls Club of South Puget Sound in 2007 and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they briefly worked as a Server at Galluccis Catering. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a General Manager at Odyssey 1, where they managed the company's online presence and set up a new point-of-sale system. Since 2014, they have been with TRA Medical Imaging, initially working as an IT Support Engineer and later as an IT Support Engineer II. Their responsibilities included managing support calls, handling helpdesk ticket tracking system, performing field work for desktop hardware and software repairs, managing user access and virus intrusions, and ordering parts and supplies.
Steven Ammann completed their education at Tacoma Community College. From 2006 to 2012, they obtained an Associate's of Applied Science degree in Networking & Convergence Technologies. Prior to that, they attended Curtis Senior High School and earned their High School Diploma from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their degree, Steven also received several certifications from Tacoma Community College, including Customer Service, Help Desk, Network Administration & Support, and Technical Support, which they obtained in June 2012.
