Ielcean Bogdan has been working as an RPA Developer at Tquila Automation since January 2023. Prior to that, from August 2019 to December 2022, they worked as an RPA Developer at Future WorkForce Company. Before their role as an RPA Developer, they were a Salesperson at Aledanaros from November 2017 to May 2019.

Ielcean Bogdan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Universitatea "BabeÈ™-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca, where they studied from 2019 to 2021. In addition, they also completed a certification in UiPath from UiPath in May 2019.
