Ken Norris has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ken started their career as an Electronic Technician in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1985 to 1990. Ken then joined AT&T Wireless in 1991 and held various managerial positions, including Manager of Operations Maintenance Center and Project Manager for Cellular Digital Packet Data. In 2000, they moved to Mpower Communications where they served as the Manager of Central Office Engineering and later became the Director of Operations for the Southwest Region. During their time at Mpower Communications, they were responsible for capacity management, budgeting, facilities, and transport. In 2000, they also began working at TPx Communications as the Senior Director of Unified Communications Engineering, leading the design, engineering, implementation, and operation of the UCaaS platform. Ken Norris has a wide range of expertise in telephony infrastructure, VoIP, and application development.

Ken Norris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas in 1996-2003. Ken later pursued higher education at the same institution, obtaining both a Master of Science degree in Information Technology and Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2015 to 2019.
