Daniel Mwangala is an experienced professional in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), currently serving as the Regional Business Systems and Projects Officer at Serena Hotels since August 2006. Their expertise encompasses project management of regional ICT initiatives, overseeing all phases from inception to implementation, along with budget management and stakeholder communication. Daniel has held various significant roles within Serena Hotels, including ICT Manager and Country IT Manager, where Daniel successfully led teams, managed critical infrastructure, and ensured compliance with IT strategies. Before joining Serena Hotels, Daniel worked as a Systems Administrator at Bata Shoe Company (K) Ltd and as a Software Technician at The Mater Hospital.
