Lilia Arroyo - Flores is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and account management. Currently serving as Vice President and Planning Director at Leo Burnett since July 2009, Lilia has also held senior roles at TPN, including Senior Account Planner and Senior Strategic Planner since 2007. Prior to TPN, Lilia served as VP and Strategic Planning Director at DraftFCB from October 2002 to August 2007 and held planning and research positions at Frankel and Claritas. Lilia began a career in marketing as a Retail Marketing Analyst at Chicago Tribune from April 1992 to April 1996. Lilia earned a degree from DePaul University between 1987 and 1992.
