Thomas McCabe possesses extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Vice President of Finance at both TPM and Treblehook AEC since August 2023. Prior to these roles, Thomas was the Chief Financial Officer at Integrated Biometrics from July 2017 to August 2023, overseeing a $40+ million revenue company specializing in biometric identity solutions. Additional experience includes ownership of McCabe Resource Group, where focus included project work on investment reviews and customer satisfaction improvement. Thomas also held significant leadership positions at Flint Services Company, Flint Engineering & Construction, and Purolator Products, accumulating a diverse skill set in financial management, risk assessment, IT operations, and organizational leadership. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Business/Finance from Wake Forest University, complemented by a joint degree in Math/Business.
