Jorge Morales has a background in technology management and has held various director positions in the IT field. Jorge started their career at Hypercom as the Director of IT from 2001 to 2007. Jorge then worked at ProLink Solutions as the Director of Technology from 2006 to 2008. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Information Technology at TPI Composites, Inc. since 2009.

Jorge Morales attended the University of Arizona from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering.
