Jan Williams is an experienced accessibility and compliance professional with a diverse background in both technical and managerial roles. At TPGi since February 2018, Jan has served as Practice Manager for Audits and Compliance, Manager of Solutions Delivery, Senior Accessibility Engineer, and Accessibility Engineer. Prior experience includes consulting for NCI, Inc. as an Accessibility Developer and Product Manager, where Jan led accessibility testing and ensured compliance with Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 standards. At Connections Education, the role of Manager of Accessibility involved overseeing a team and creating compliance guides, while previous positions included training accessibility specialists and developing editorial standards. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Loyola University Maryland, and dual Master's degrees in English Language and Literature from Georgetown University and Computer Science from Towson University.
