Paul Tournier is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Since November 2019, Paul has served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Advisor at Circular Rubber Technologies Inc., focusing on developing sustainable solutions for industrial tire waste. Concurrently, Paul has been the Chair of the Board of Directors for the WorkWithUs Foundation since August 2017, dedicated to workforce and community enhancement. As President of TPD since September 2012, Paul has prioritized the success of individuals and organizational performance. Prior to these roles, Paul was an Executive Partner and Senior Manager at Accenture from May 1996 to July 2012. Paul Tournier's educational background includes studies at S.G.
