Ruth Sangale is a seasoned Leadership Development and Executive Coach with extensive experience in designing and delivering creative leadership development workshops and executive coaching since April 2011 at Enjoy Work. Ruth also serves as a Faculty Member at WYSE International, focusing on leadership education for emerging young leaders, and is an Associate Facilitator and Coach for The Performance Coach, providing high-level coaching solutions to various organizations including the NHS. Previous roles have included Associate Facilitator and Coach at NHS Elect, Leadership Development Programme Lead at the London Leadership Academy, and Leadership Development Consultant at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. With a solid foundation in HR management from earlier positions at NHSU and South London Healthcare NHS Trust, Ruth holds an MSc in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership from Cass Business School.
