Neel Arya is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive coaching and leadership development. As the Owner of Mettle Consulting since June 2015, Neel has also served as Lead Faculty and Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership, Faculty and Executive Coach at TPC Leadership, and Facilitator and Executive Coach at ProjectNext Leadership. Previous roles include Director positions at BP and KPMG, Financial Controller and Change Manager at Unilever, and Business Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Neel holds a first-class honours MA in Economics from The University of Edinburgh, furthered education in Design at The Open University, and has an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Geneva. Neel is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
