Karl Heinrich is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in software packaging and systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior Software Packager & SCCM Administrator at TPC Group since October 2022, Karl previously held a significant role as a Sr I, Tech Support Specialist at LyondellBasell from 1998 to 2015, where leadership in a packaging team facilitated software, hardware, and application deployments to a global network of 15,000 workstations. Additional roles have included Network Engineer at Fluor Daniel Corporation and various positions in field service and technical support. Karl holds an Associate’s Degree in Electronics Technology from the Microcomputer Technology Institute (1981-1982).
