Grzegorz Starczyk is an experienced software developer specializing in PHP and Java, currently serving as a Java Developer and Team Lead at Tpay since June 2021. Prior to this role, Grzegorz worked as a Senior Software Developer at SeaChange Polska, contributing to a Media Asset Management project that enhanced the existing Transcoder project by implementing asset ingestion, transcoding, metadata enrichment, version management, and distribution. Grzegorz also held positions at Xstream AS as a Senior PHP Developer and Tech Lead, focusing on a distributed video processing system and video management applications. Earlier experience includes significant contributions as a Senior Web Developer at Wydawnictwo Wiedza i Praktyka, where web applications for direct marketing were designed and developed, and prior roles at PKS Polonus S.A. as an IT Specialist. Grzegorz is currently pursuing education at WIT Academy, which commenced in 2007.
