Moaz Ahmed is a Senior Platform Support Engineer at TPAY MOBILE, a position held since January 2021, after serving as a Platform Support Engineer. Prior experience includes service as a soldier in the Egyptian Armed Forces from July 2019 to October 2020, where specialization in computer operations and IT was developed, along with experience in training unit employees on Microsoft Office. Moaz participated in a three-month internship with Allianz in 2018 focused on ADF training under PSystems' Technical Engineer. Additionally, a role as a Contact Center Agent was held at Raya Contact Center, managing customer care for the Lipton World Cup Campaign and then the MSAD project. Moaz founded Webdroid in January 2017, creating software programs to assist startups. Academic credentials include a degree from The British University in Egypt, completed in 2018.
