Thomas Scalici serves as the Global Head of Front Office Risk & Controls and Chief Controls Officer for the Americas at TP ICAP, with responsibilities encompassing the leadership of control functions across business divisions, adherence to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, and participation in various governance committees. Scalici has established a control function framework at TP ICAP and previously held roles at Deutsche Bank as Vice President of Risk Management overseeing operational risk across asset management divisions, as well as Risk Manager at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation focused on enterprise risk management. Additional experience includes a tenure at MUFG as Compliance/Risk Officer and at Delco Commodities Inc. as Assistant Vice President/Trader. Scalici holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies & Business Management from St. John's University and an MBA from Brooklyn College.
