Asmaa Hassan is a Senior Technical Instructor at ProSkills Oracle Training Services, where Asmaa trains candidates in the newest oracle techniques. At Credit Agricole Egypt, Asmaa works as a Senior Business Analyst, consistently meeting short and long-term targets and handling customer complaints with empathy. Asmaa also has experience as a Senior Officer in Trade Finance and MIS Senior Reporting Officer. Prior to their current roles, Asmaa served as a Senior Solution Architect at Banque du Caire. Asmaa holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Helwan University Cairo.
