Guy’s early career was spent gaining valuable experience on major master-planning projects with Richard Seifert and Partners in London’s Docklands. He joined tp bennett in 1988, working across a broad range of sectors: predominantly office buildings, residential developments and transportation projects.
His key projects to date include the design of London Bridge Station; offices at One Curzon Street, No1 Great Tower Street and Southbank Central in London; and residential developments at Armourers Court in Woolwich, Point Pleasant in Wandsworth and Peninsula Heights in Vauxhall.
Guy has led teams producing commended entries for major international competitions including a waterfront reclamation masterplan in Alges, Portugal, the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, Germany and an underground shopping centre at Vosstaniya Square in St Petersburg, Russia.
With a keen interest in transport-led mixed-use development as well as sustainable architecture, Guy has provided specialist consultancy advice to Crossrail regarding over-site development for 11 sites along the Elizabeth Line through central London. He continues to bring his considerable experience to the design of a wide range of innovative architectural projects across all sectors, scales and typologies.
