James Dornier, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Toyota Research Institute, focusing on talent acquisition in the technology sector. Prior experience includes a role as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Boston Dynamics, where James led full lifecycle recruitment for engineering and operations roles while building a pipeline of candidates in robotics. Previous to that, James worked at Boston Medical Center in various pharmacy roles, including Pharmacy Liaison and Pharmacy Operations Manager, contributing to patient care and pharmacy operations. Additionally, James has a background in music, having performed as a professional opera singer with several opera associations.
