Zenon Guzenda has extensive experience in managerial roles within the automotive industry, currently serving as a Manager Assistant at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland since April 2017 and at Toyota Motor Industries Poland since June 2008. Prior to these positions, Zenon worked at Toyota Motor Industries Poland as a Group Leader from June 2003 to December 2007 and held senior leadership roles at Factory of Production of Electric Motors BESEL S.A. from June 1998 to May 2003. Zenon holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Informatics and Econometrics from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and a Magister (Mgr) degree in Coaching in Business from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław.
