Michal Romanowski is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland since March 2004. Leading the Jelcz plant supply chain teams, Michal oversees various operations including sales and operations planning, material control, and internal transport. Key achievements include driving efficiency improvements in shop logistics and managing plant preparation projects for new production lines. Previously, Michal served as Assistant Manager, supervising a team of approximately 70 individuals and ensuring the accomplishment of safety, quality, and efficiency targets. Early career experience includes a role as Logistics Specialist at Stanley Fastening Systems Poland and a secondment at Toyota Motor Europe focusing on European supply chain improvements. Michal holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from Nicolaus Copernicus University.
