Melissa Matthews, RN, MSN, currently serves as the Manager of HR Investigations at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, Inc. since July 2017. Prior roles at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky include Assistant Manager in the HR Safety division and Assistant Manager in HR Medical, with tenure from April 2013 to July 2017. Melissa began a career at Toyota in August 2007 as a Nurse Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Client Operations at CHD Meridian Healthcare from September 1999 to August 2007 and Clinic Manager at Industrial Health Services from October 1996 to September 1999. Melissa earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Tennessee State University, along with a Licensed Practical Nurse certification from Wayne County Vocational School.
