Laura Giannattasio has a diverse background in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Contact Center Agent at Toyota Insurance Services Europe since May 2023. Previous experience includes positions at AXA Partners as a Customer Advisor for Motor Assistance from October 2022 to May 2023 and as a Senior Advisor at AXA MPS from December 2020 to September 2022. Laura also worked at Ravess Srl in various capacities related to back office operations and quality control from January 2011 to June 2020, and held an administrative role at Genesis Srl where responsibilities included archive management and order fulfillment from July 2008 to May 2009. Laura holds a degree in Political Science from Università degli Studi di Genova.
