Lorenzo Rodriguez is an experienced General Manager with a strong background in manufacturing operations and engineering management. Currently serving as General Manager at Toyoda Gosei Americas since October 2021, Lorenzo previously held similar roles at Precision Thermal Manufacturing from October 2014 to April 2021 and at TeaM Technologies from May 2006 to October 2014, where focus was on start-up initiatives and the introduction of MEMS Switches. Prior to these positions, Lorenzo worked at Delphi as the Mexico Technical Center Site Manager, overseeing engineering laboratories, prototyping facilities, and building maintenance from 1997 to 2007, and as an Advanced Engineering Staff Engineer, contributing to new product development within the Sensor and Actuator Business Line. Lorenzo holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
