Julio Acero is an experienced HR professional with a background spanning over two decades in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Toyoda Gosei since April 2017, Julio has previously held positions such as Gerente de RH at NKPM and Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Monsanto, managing significant workforce sizes and responsibilities. Additional experience includes leadership in human resources at GKN Driveline and NatureSweet, focusing on key performance indicators and organizational development. Julio co-founded Grupo Fortius, demonstrating entrepreneurial expertise, and holds credentials from ITESO and Universidad Panamericana in organizational communication and human resources administration.
