Genesis Laboy is an experienced Computer Graphics Generalist at TOYODA GOSEI CO. LTD. since January 2020, with prior roles including a Marketing Intern at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, where CG assets were developed for STEM summer camps and videos were created for holographic devices. Previous experience includes a VFX Internship at LAIKA, LLC, focusing on look development and scanning textures, as well as teaching 2D and 3D animation principles at Elite Animation Academy. Additionally, Genesis served as a Technical Director for a 3D animated short film project at the University of Central Florida and has a background in theatrical technical work. Genesis holds an MFA in Animation & VFX from the University of Central Florida, alongside a BFA in Emerging Media with a focus on Character Animation.
