Patricia Moreno, CPP, CPPM, currently serves as the Manager of Purchasing and General Affairs at Toyo Tires, a position held since April 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing purchasing operations. Prior to this role, Patricia was a Purchasing Manager at Pacific Sunwear for nearly eleven years, and held various managerial positions including Office Manager at MODRoto and Clerical Recruiting Manager at Premier Staffing Solution. Patricia's career began as a Branch Manager at Select Staffing and as a Sales Assistant at Olympus. Patricia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University-Dominguez Hills between 1992 and 1994.
