Anat Shperling has a diverse work experience in various roles. Anat co-founded Toya in 2016 and served as the CEO of the female-led studio, which focuses on creating digital games and media for a growing female user base. Toya's approach involves providing non-stereotypical content and inspiring female role models to young female gamers on platforms like Roblox and Minecraft.
Prior to their role at Toya, Anat held the position of CEO at Women in the Picture Association since 2004. Anat contributed to the organization for over a decade, from March 2004 to July 2017.
Additionally, Anat served as the Chairwoman of the Film Committee at Sal Tarbut, Ministry of Education. Their term in this role lasted until March 2017.
Anat Shperling pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA degree in Television & Cinema from Tel Aviv University, which they successfully completed from 1992 to 1995. Later, they enrolled at Bar-Ilan University to pursue a Master's Degree in Gender Studies.
