Shing-Fu Hsueh possesses extensive experience in water and sewer management, currently serving as Director for the Department of Water & Sewer in Trenton, New Jersey, since July 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing drinking water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection operations. In addition, Shing-Fu Hsueh has held the elected position of Mayor of West Windsor since July 2001, demonstrating a commitment to local governance. With a robust background in environmental policy and education, Shing-Fu Hsueh served as an Administrator in the New Jersey State Government for 28 years and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Rutgers University for 24 years. Various volunteer roles in environmental and health organizations, coupled with advanced degrees in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University and National Taiwan University, highlight Shing-Fu Hsueh's dedication to public service and community engagement.
